Cynthia Ann Chan Memorial Lecture

The Cynthia Ann Chan Memorial Lectureship was established through an endowment by Mr. and Mrs. Sun Chan and enhanced by gifts from their children David, Diane, and Sunney Chan. Its purpose is to encourage and promote biological chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley. The endowment annually brings to campus a noted scientist who has made an important and original contribution to the fundamental understanding of the chemistry of biological processes at the molecular level.
